How Do You Remove A Cyst?
Skin cysts or sebaceous are slightly hardened fluid filled bumps within the skin. They can range from pea sized to one centimeter across to five centimeters across. A cyst can occur anywhere on the body, but are commonly found on the face, neck, and torso. Although the cysts are not cancerous or life threating, they can be uncomfortable for an individual to live with, that is commonly why cyst removal is done. When a doctor removes a cyst he will begin by administering local anesthesia to numb the area. He will then use a blade to cut the cyst out. Cyst removal should only be done at doctor’s office.
