Laura Bernet, MD, FAAD

Dr. Bernet joined Mosaic Dermatology in July 2019.

She grew up in Northern California, and received her BA in molecular and cellular biology from the University of California, Berkeley, where she graduated with highest distinction.  

 

She then attended medical school at the University of California, Los Angeles with induction into the prestigious AOA honor society as a result of her academic achievements.

 

Following medical school, she completed her residency in dermatology at Stanford University where she served as chief resident.  She then worked as an assistant professor at UCLA in the division of dermatology where she published in multiple peer reviewed journals and enjoyed lecturing and teaching residents.  She is excited to join the team at Mosaic Dermatology where she will continue her commitment to outstanding patient care.

 

Dr. Bernet is raising two children in the Pacific Palisades with her devoted husband.  In her spare time, she enjoys snowboarding, cycling and hiking in the Santa Monica Mountains.
